13.1.8. Removal and installation of assembly of the top hatch and its components

Assembly of the top hatch


  1. Remove a ceiling covering.
  2. Remove the console of the main saloon lamp, separate the electrical wiring socket э / the motor of the drive of a cover of the hatch and leave the console to hang on an electrical wiring plait.
  1. Disconnect from unions on assembly of the hatch of 4 drainage tubes (3).
  1. Give assembly fixture, having left one screw on a first line and on the screw in each back angle of assembly (4,5). Then together with the assistant, turn out these remained screws and remove assembly of the top hatch.
  2. Installation is made upside-down. In conclusion check serviceability of functioning of the hatch.

Cover of the hatch and э / motor of its drive


  1. Open the hatch and turn out slip screws on a forward part of its cover (2).
  1. Close the hatch and lift its back part.
  2. Pull for the rear edge of a cover back to unhook its slip from clamps (4).
  1. Remove side slips (5) from clamps, lift a back part of a cover of the hatch, turn out two bolts (7) and uncover.

At removal э / the motor it is not necessary to turn out screws and to uncover, it is enough to remove slips.

  1. Close the hatch and make sure that the sliding support are located between tags on a guide.

At installation of the new motor the hatch has to be closed since the motor is delivered in this situation.

  1. Remove sun-protection peaks and separate the mirror illumination electrical wiring socket.
  2. Remove the lens of the saloon lamp, turn out screws and remove the ceiling console.
  3. Remove an internal rear-view mirror.
  1. Turn out fastening bolts э / the motor (10), then accurately unbend a covering of a ceiling and remove э / the motor, having separated its electrical wiring (11).
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Before tightening of fixture э / the motor move it to be convinced of gearing of gear wheels of the drive. Level a cover of the hatch with a roof. The arrangement of a first line a little below than the rear edge is allowed.
