14:17. Schemes of electric equipment
General information
Food of electric components of the car is provided on several chains, depending on various factors:
- Power supply from the battery. Tension of the battery moves directly on a starter, the generator, both relays of lighting, some safety locks in a motive compartment and A safety lock in the main assembly block.
- The chain 30 is powered at the lock of ignition and a key, izvlyochyonny from it, which is in the provision of "LOCK".
- The chain 15 is powered at turn of the ignition key in the provision of "ON" or "START".
- The chain 54 is powered at "ON" which is in situation the ignition key, however at turn a jade in situation "START" the chain is cut off power for the purpose of providing the maximum food for systems of start and engine management.
- The chain of X is powered at turn of the ignition key from the provision of "LOCK" in the provision of "OFF" and cut off power at turn of a key in the provision of "LOCK".
- The chain of Y is powered at turn of the ignition key from the provision of "LOCK" in the provision of "OFF" and cut off power at extraction of a key from the lock.
On the enclosed schemes of electric equipment the following provisions by default are adopted:
- Switches and the relay are shown in the switched-off or not powered provision;
- The ignition key is taken from the lock;
- The uniform lock is unblocked;
- The cooling, brake and washing liquids are filled completely;
- Transmission is established in neutral situation;
- The parking brake is released.
The designations which are used on schemes of electric equipment
Points of grounding are designated by number and the letter G facing it, for example, of G14. In certain cases points of grounding are divided into so-called grounding on a signal and grounding on food, and are designated by an additional letter – according to S or P.
Connections are designated by number and the letter H facing it, for example, of H16-1. Here 16 – the number of contacts, and 1 – serial number of connection in group. The connections which are in a plait of an electrical wiring are designated by number and the letter J facing it, for example, of J43.
Designations of an electrical wiring
Designation of wires on schemes consists of three parts and has an appearance of the P15-5 YE/GY 2.5 type.
The first part (P15-5) consists from:
- The letter meaning group of systems to which the wire belongs:

- D — Diagnostics
- E — the Engine
- G — Transmission
- I \Devices
- L — Lighting
- P — Providing with food
- Q — the Anticreeping alarm system
- S — Safety

- Individual number, except:
- 15 — the Chain 15
- 30 — the Chain 30
- 31 — Weight
- 54 — the Chain 54
Wires with an identical letter and figure, for example, of E110, E110-1, E110-2, etc. usually perform identical functions.
The second part (YE/GY) represents a color code
- BK — Black
- BN — Brown
- BU — Blue
- GN — Green
- GY — Grey
- OG — Orange
- PK — Pink
- RD — Red
- VT — Violet
- WH — White
- YE — Yellow
The number standing in the third part means the cross section of the conductor in mm 2 .
Sensors and indicators
For designation of sensors and indicators the simplified pictograms are used. On the pictogram of the sensor from the socket the symbol designating type of an output signal, and on the other hand – the symbol meaning the measured size is put.

The components which are led round by the continuous line are shown completely, and the dash line led round only a part of a component. The signature of a component consists of the serial number and one or several letters explaining its location (capital letters) and type (lowercase letters).
