7.1.6. Removal and installation of sensors of a control system of the engine
CKP sensor
4-cylinder engines
|
- Remove the thermofilter of a final collector.
|
- Remove the sensor with a sealing ring (3 on an illustration) and, having released an electrical wiring (4) sensors, separate its socket (5) and remove the sensor.
|
- Installation is made upside-down, if necessary replace a sealing ring. Before installation oil a sealing ring of the CKP sensor motive.
|
|
Petrol V6 engines
|
- Remove the top cover of the engine.
|
- Separate the socket (2 on an illustration) a CKP sensor electrical wiring, release it from collars (3) and a poddomkratta the car.
|
- Give the top bolt (5) on a turbocompressor arm, remove the thermofilter and remove the CKP (6) sensor.
- Installation is made upside-down. Use the new sealing ring oiled by motive.

|
Diesel engines
|
- Poddomkratte the car also remove the lower protection cover of a motive compartment and casings of wheel arches.
|
- Separate the socket and remove the CKP sensor.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Previously grease a sealing ring with vaseline.
|
|
ECT sensor
4-cylinder engines
|
|
- Dump pressure in the cooling system, separate the socket and remove the ECT sensor.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. If necessary replace consolidation of the sensor and grease its carving with vaseline.
|
|
Petrol V6 engines
|
- Remove the top cover of the engine and lower pressure with the cooling system.
|
- Disconnect from the throttle case a delivery hose of a turbocompressor (3 on an illustration) and a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve (4) then remove the throttle case from the inlet pipeline (5).
|
|
- Separate the socket of the ECT sensor and remove the sensor.
|
|
Replacement of the sensor should be made as soon as possible to avoid excess losses of cooling liquid. |
- Installation is made upside-down. If necessary use new consolidations of the understanding connections. Grease a carving of the sensor with means of Molycote 1000.
|
|
Diesel engines
|
|
- Dump pressure in the cooling system and remove a hose (2 on an illustration) between the MAF sensor and a turbocompressor.
|
- Remove the top cover (3) engines and the top hose (4) turbocompressors then separate the socket (5) and quickly replace the ECT (6) sensor.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Replacement of the CMP sensor of the diesel engine
|
|
- Remove a hose (1 on an illustration) between the MAF sensor and a turbocompressor, and also the top cover (2) engines.
|
- Separate the socket (3 on an illustration) and replace the sensor (4).
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Replacement and dumping Ý/m valve of emergency operation
Removal and installation
|
The description of replacement Ý/m the valve of emergency operation is provided for 4-cylinder engines. Operate on V6 engines similarly. |
|
After removal Ý/m the valve the control unit of the engine works in emergency operation therefore it should be transferred to the normal mode. |
|
|
- Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and a cover (2) levers of a butterfly valve.
|
- Turn out the lower bolt (3 on an illustration), remove the protection cover and separate the socket (4).
- Turn out the top screw (5 on an illustration) and remove Ý/m the valve (6).
- Installation is made upside-down.

The translation Ý/m the valve in the normal mode
|
- Include ignitions and clear memory of the control unit of the engine by means of the diagnostic unit. Then wait for 10 seconds.
- Accurately press the end of a spring in the direction of the throttle case.

- Turn the screw-driver a black rotor (6 on an illustration) counterclockwise before click, and then turn clockwise the lever of a pedal (7). Make sure that the lever of a throttle (8) does not follow the pedal lever at rotation of the last.

Switch of a tempostat
The switch of a tempostat is built in the left understeering switch and the description of its removal and installation Onboard electric equipment is given in the Head.
Sensor of provision of a pedal of a brake
|
|
- Uncover an arm of pedals, having turned out 3 screws and having released it from clamps.
|
|
- Accurately turn the sensor of provision of a pedal of a brake on a corner the 180th hail. clockwise also remove it from the holder.
|
- Separate the sensor socket.
- Extend a rod the sensor until a rod stop.
- Squeeze out a brake pedal, install the sensor and accurately release a pedal.
- Join the socket and establish a cover of an arm of pedals.

Sensor of provision of a pedal of coupling
|
- Uncover an arm of pedals and squeeze out a coupling pedal.
- Extend the red plug (3) on the sensor before click then remove the sensor and separate its socket (5).
- Make sure that the rod the sensor is extended, squeeze out a coupling pedal, install the sensor and accurately release a pedal.
- Join the socket and establish a pedal arm cover.
