- Remove a steering wheel (see the Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel).

- Remove the lower section of the dashboard from the driver and release the lever of fixing of a steering column.

- Remove casings of a steering column, understeering switches and separate their sockets (see
an illustration).
|
- Remove sockets of a spiral spring from a guide, separate them (see
an illustration), and then remove a guide.
|
|
- Remove the holder of a spiral spring and understeering switches.
|
|
- Remove from a steering column a knee emphasis (11).
|
- Turn out a bolt (12) of fastening of a steering shaft to the steering mechanism and divide them, having pulled a shaft up.
- Turn out the lower bolt (13) of fastening of assembly of a steering column.
- Release an electrical wiring from couplers and collars and take it aside.
- Remove a boot via the lever of removal of fixing of a steering column that the lever could be removed together with a column.
- Turn out the top bolts (16) of fastening of a steering column and remove it.
- Installation is made upside-down. At first use the lower bolt of fastening only for fixing of a steering column that it was possible to tighten the top bolts.
