- Remove from a turbocompressor the inlet pipeline with the MAF sensor. Remove the top cover of the engine.
- Take the probe of level of motive oil, disconnect a cable from its guide and turn out a bolt of fastening of a guide of the probe from a lifting eye.
- Poddomkratte the car also remove the lower protection cover of a motive compartment.
- Unload and take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units.

- Separate the CKP sensor socket, turn out a drain stopper, lower motive oil and separate the oil level sensor socket.
|
- Remove a guide of the probe of level of motive oil.
|
- Turn out stretcher bolts on the right side and bolts of fastening of the right triangular leaf.
|
- Establish a pro-rate between the central arm of a stretcher and a body.
- Remove the K/V compressor and suspend it aside. Remove an arm of fastening of the compressor.
- Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
- Turn out a forward bolt of fastening of a forward support of the engine (10 on an illustration).
- Lower the car on the earth and give a nut of a back support of the engine (see an illustration).
- Give the central nut of fastening of the right support of the engine (23 on an illustration).
- Lift the engine by means of the winch and remove the lower pallet of a case.

- Remove the top pallet of a case and clear its interfaced surfaces, and also the surface of the block of cylinders.
|
- If necessary remove the sensor of level of motive oil.
|
- Apply on the interfaced surface of the top pallet of a case the sealant roller (No. 87 81 841 according to the Saab catalog) 2 mm thick and tighten bolts of its fastening. At first tighten 2 bolts specified illustrations.

Establish a new sealing ring of a maslozabornik. |
- Install the being removed components in the sequence, the return sequence of their dismantle.
