- Tire out the car on the elevator, close wings protective covers and hang out the car so that wheels came off the earth.
- Establish wheels in provision of the rectilinear movement and disconnect a steering column from the steering mechanism in salon.
- Remove the inlet pipeline between the MAF sensor and a turbocompressor.
- Remove the top cover of the engine.
- Disconnect from the battery of a wire and remove it.
- Give fixture of the block of fusible inserts and remove the battery pallet.
- Give fixture of the assembly block of safety locks and take him aside.
- Remove forward wheels and give stupichny nuts.

- Press the hose of brake fluid going to the executive cylinder, remove from it a clamp and separate connection to the giving tube. Again establish a clamp.

- Open a cover of a broad tank of the cooling system.
- Separate quick disconnect connections of fuel lines and wipe the flowed-out fuel.
- Lift the car and remove the lower protection covers. Empty the cooling system.
- Remove side casings of forward wheel arches.
- Weaken a tension of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units and take off a belt.
- Disconnect both wires of grounding and separate the D/V socket of lamps of a backing on the transmission.
- Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.

- Separate the socket of the regulator of an inclination of headlights on draft of a suspension bracket (20 on an illustration).

- Disconnect a pressure head hose from the intercooler (21 on an illustration).
- Lower the car on the earth, include the 4th transfer and remove a plastic stopper from RKPP. Record RKPP on the 4th transfer, having established a lock pin to the place of a stopper.

- Release from above the clip holding a gear shifting fork rod in the hinge on RKPP (23 on an illustration).
|
- Lift a cuff and include the 3rd transfer that the rod of a fork went out of the hinge. Insert a lock pin into a gear shifting lever casing (24 on an illustration).
- Pick up the delivery air phone of a turbocompressor and a hose of its radiator.
- Disconnect a delivery air hose from the top delivery tube and a zakuporta a tube.
- Cut a coupler and disconnect the top hose of a radiator and a ventilating air hose from the engine.
- Separate sockets of fans of a radiator and accurately remove a casing of fans.
- Disconnect the lower hose of a radiator from the thermostat case.
- Suspend a radiator on a body.
- Separate sockets of the CKP sensor and the sensor of level of motive oil.
- Separate sockets of an electrical wiring of the engine and remove cable channels (6 on an illustration). Shift an electrical wiring aside.

- Disconnect vacuum hoses from the vacuum pump and a hose of the vacuum block of a turbocompressor (34 on an illustration).

- Disconnect hoses from the heater block (35 on an illustration).
- Give nuts of holders of a plait of an electrical wiring of a starter (36 on an illustration).
- Establish clips on hoses of the tank of GUR liquid and remove a tank arm.
- Disconnect a tube from the pump GUR, give bolts of its fastening and remove the pump aside.
- Remove a guide of the probe of level of motive oil and a forward lifting eye of the engine.
- Remove an arm of fastening of the pump GUR and establish into place a forward lifting eye of the engine.
- Raise the engine for lifting eyes by means of the winch.
- Remove the right support of the engine and give a nut of the left support (see an illustration).
- Accurately lower the engine on a stretcher. Do not damage hoses, tubes and other components of a motive compartment.
- Poddomkratte the car also disconnect the lower pressure head air hose from the intercooler.
- Separate sockets of the sensor of pressure of motive oil and the К/В compressor.
- Disconnect from the К/В compressor tube stretcher.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the К/В compressor.
- Disconnect levers of the stabilizer of cross stability, steering drafts from racks of a suspension bracket and turn out screws of spherical support of a suspension bracket (see an illustration).

- Give fixture of triangular elements of rigidity (53 on an illustration).

- Separate a tube of cooling of a casing of the rechargeable battery (54 on an illustration).
- Prop up the power unit so that lifting adaptation evenly adjoined to a stretcher.

- Turn out bolts of fastening of a stretcher and two bolts of fastening of the air cleaner.
|
- Disconnect an electrical wiring of a starter and the generator. Remove a cable coupler.
- Slightly lower the power unit and bring power shafts out of naves.
- Lower the power unit even below and make sure that the K/V compressor passes between a stretcher and a body so the engine can be lowered freely. Suspend the K/V compressor on a plait.
- Completely lower the power unit, at the same time watching that to touch nothing and not to damage.
- Assembly is made in the sequence, the return sequence of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture with the required efforts.
