11:11. Removal and installation of components of auxiliary systems (ABS/TC/ESP)
Block of auxiliary systems and sensor of pressure of ESP
- Remove the components specified illustrations
Ensuring access to the tank of brake fluid except the socket of the sensor of level of brake fluid.
- Separate the socket (5) and take it aside. At removal of the ESP block separate the socket (6) of the sensor of pressure and if necessary turn out the sensor.
- Clear compressed air area around connections of tubes and give their fixture (8).
- On models with RKPP disconnect a hose (9) of a hydraulic actuator of coupling from the tank of brake fluid.
- Remove the block of auxiliary systems.
If necessary accurately wring out the screw-driver an arm from a wheel arch to provide access to an external nut. |
External nut of fastening of the block. |
- Installation is made upside-down. After installation pump over a hydraulic actuator of brakes and coupling (model with RKPP).
Wheel sensors
Left forward sensor
- Remove the rechargeable battery together with its pallet and the block of fusible inserts.
- Weaken a collar and remove a broad tank of cooling liquid.
- Separate the socket (6) and remove its clamp (8) from an arm and from the socket.
- Remove a wheel and clear area around the wheel sensor by means of a soft wire brush.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of the wheel sensor and remove it.
- Remove consolidation and extend an electrical wiring outside then release it from clamps and remove together with the sensor.
- Installation is made upside-down.
Right forward sensor
- Remove the tank of GUR liquid and separate the sensor socket.
Back sensors
Back wheel sensors are built in naves of back wheels and separately are not replaced. |
- Remove a back brake disk.
- Separate the socket of the sensor (7), give 4 nuts (8) of stupichny assembly and remove stupichny assembly together with a brake board. Leave a brake board and assembly of the parking brake suspended on a cable.
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new nuts of fastening of a nave.
The sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel – replacement and calibration
- Sort a steering column and install it on the stand (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
Components of a steering shaft are marked so that their assembly is possible only in one certain order. |
- Mark a steering shaft on both parties of its pipe (2), extend a steering column and turn out the fixing bolt (4).
- Accurately squeeze out a clamp (5) and remove a flange.
- Remove a lock ring and a spring washer (6), remove a bearing support together with the bearing (7) and the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel (8).
- At installation of the sensor be convinced that the groove on it is leveled with a ledge on a shaft.
- Further installation is made upside-down, according to the tags put at removal.
- After installation it is necessary to calibrate the sensor.
Calibration of the sensor is required as well at adjustment of corners of wheels. |
- For calibration establish wheels in provision of the rectilinear movement, connect the diagnostic scanner to the DLC socket and reprogram the sensor according to the instructions which are displayed the scanner.
Sensor of angular speed
- Remove the central console (see the Head Kuzov).
- Remove a casing of the lever of switching of transfers/lever of the selector of the AT modes (see the Head the Manual box of gear shifting or Automatic transmission).
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the sensor (3).
For access to the left bolt accurately wring out an air duct. |
- Separate the socket of the sensor and remove it.
- Installation is made upside-down.
The arrow on the sensor has to specify forward. |
