Removal, dismantling, assembly and installation of a nave and rotary fist

On models since 2002 dismantling of a nave is not provided by the issue; on models till 2001 of the issue the wheel bearing at removal collapses.

Models till 2001 of the issue.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a cap of a stupichny nut and give it at the car standing on the earth. Do not remove a nut yet.
  2. Poddomkratte the car, remove a wheel and remove a stupichny nut.
  3. Remove a brake disk and the wheel sensor (see the Head the Brake system).
  1. Give a nut of fastening of a tip of steering thirst for a rotary fist and take a tip from a fist by means of special adaptation.
  1. Give bolts of fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist and delay an arm of an electrical wiring of the wheel sensor and a brake hose aside (see the illustration Fixture of Components of a Forward Suspension Bracket and Steering).
  2. Turn out a coupling bolt of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a brake board through an opening in a nave and remove a board (11). Remove the holder of the wheel sensor (12).
  1. Beat out from a nave a power shaft the hammer with soft brisk.
  1. Remove a rotary fist (14) and by means of special adaptation (15) to a vypressuyta from it a nave.
  1. Remove a lock ring and by means of special adaptation to a vypressuyta the wheel bearing.
  1. Grease the surface of a rotary fist interfaced to the wheel bearing, Molycote Rapid G lubricant and press the new bearing by means of special adaptation. Establish a lock ring of the bearing by a cut down.
  2. By means of special adaptation press a nave, insert into it a power shaft and involve it a new stupichny nut.

Reuse of stupichny nuts is not allowed.

  1. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture with the required efforts. Final tightening of a stupichny nut is made at the car standing on the earth.

Models since 2002 of the issue.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte the car, remove a wheel and a cap of a stupichny nut.
  2. Give a stupichny nut.
  3. Release a brake hose from holders and remove a brake disk and the wheel sensor (see the Head the Brake system).
  1. Turn out a coupling bolt of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist and extend a spherical support (11).
  1. Beat out the hammer with soft brisk a power shaft (12) from a nave and pull together a rotary fist with a nave from a power shaft.
  2. Turn out three bolts (13) of fastening of a nave and remove it together with a brake board.
  3. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with the required efforts. Use a new stupichny nut.
