5.1.4. Removal and installation of assembly of fans of a radiator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Pick up the perepuskny phone and the valve (1 on an illustration).
  1. Separate sockets of fans (2 on an illustration).
  2. Weaken collars of fastening of a ventilating hose of the cooling system (3 on an illustration). On models also remove the tubes fixed on the case of fans from AT.
  3. Turn out bolts of fastening of assembly of fans (4), unhook its lower hooks (5) and raise assembly of fans.
  1. Take assembly of fans from a motive compartment, having pulled for its corner (6 on an illustration).
  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Petrol V6 engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration), a perepuskny tube and the valve. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the perepuskny valve of a turbocompressor (2).
  2. Separate temperature/pressure sensor socket on the giving tube (3 on an illustration).
  3. Disconnect the giving tube from the case of a throttle and a poddomkratta the car (4 on an illustration).
  4. Disconnect the giving tube from the intercooler (5 on an illustration) and leave on it a collar.
  1. Poddomkratte the car also pick up the giving phone then remove thermoprotection (7 on an illustration) a forward final collector.
  1. Disconnect an air supply hose from the SAI valve (8 on an illustration) and disconnect a tube of SAI (9) from a forward final collector.
  2. Remove the MAF sensor and a hose then pick up the giving turbocompressor phone (10 and 11 on an illustration).
  3. Separate sockets of fans, give fixture and remove assembly of fans
  4. Installation is made upside-down.

Diesel V6 engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover a broad tank and a battery cover.
  2. Poddomkratte the car also remove the lower protection cover of the engine then lower cooling liquid.
  3. Disconnect a pressure head tube from the intercooler.
  1. Lower the car on the earth and pick up the giving phone between a turbocompressor and the MAF sensor (5 on an illustration). Remove the top cover of the engine (6).
  1. Disconnect a pressure head air hose and a tube from the top section of the inlet pipeline (7 on an illustration).
  2. Remove the top hose of a radiator (8 on an illustration).
  3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a guide of the probe of level of motive oil to a lifting eye of the engine. Turn out the lower and top bolts of fastening of a lifting eye and shift it aside.
  4. Separate sockets of fans, give fixture and remove assembly of fans.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
