Design of the K/V compressor

1 — the Belt pulley
2 — the Bearing Ý/m couplings
3 — the Electromagnet
4 — a shaft Epiploon
5, 8 — the Needle bearing
6, 9 — the Basic bearing
7 — the Shaft
10 — the Persistent spring

11 — the Adjusting pin with the hinge
12 — Podkladna a boot with the hinge
13 — the Piston
14 — the Inlet valve
15 — the Final valve
16 — the Control valve
17 — the Starting spring

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate the socket of the K/V compressor located on the console behind a right headlight (3 on an illustration).
  1. Weaken a tension of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (4 on an illustration) and disconnect a hose together with the MAF (5) sensor, without separating its socket. Remove a hose aside.
  2. Remove the thermofilter from a final collector (6 on an illustration), weaken fixture of a perepuskny tube with the valve (7) and remove them.
  3. Separate sockets of fans of a radiator and weaken collars of fastening of a hose to a broad tank.
  4. On models with AT disconnect an oil cooler hose from the lower part of assembly of fans.
  5. Remove assembly of fans of a radiator.
  6. Disconnect a pressure head tube of a turbocompressor.
  1. Disconnect tubes low (11 on an illustration) and high (12) pressure from the compressor and shift them aside.
  1. Lift the car, remove casings and a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (13 on an illustration).
  1. Turn out 3 bolts (14 on an illustration) fastenings of the compressor, starting with top, and remove the compressor from a fixing hook (15).
  2. If necessary and the corresponding skills make repair of the compressor. Krnstruktion of the K/V compressor is presented on the illustration К/В Compressor Design.
  3. Installation is made upside-down. Use new sealing rings.
