4.4.9. Removal and installation of an arm of the filter, thermostat and reducing valve of the lubrication system of the engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the lower casing of a motive compartment.

For removal of an arm remove an oil filter (see Replacement of motive oil and an oil filter), disconnect from an arm oil hoses and a tube of a turbocompressor (2 on an illustration) then remove an arm (3).

Components of installation of the thermostat.

Turn out a stopper in an arm of an oil filter and take from it a spring and the thermostat.
Turn out a stopper and take from under it a spring and the reducing valve.

Installation is made upside-down. Previously clear the interfaced surfaces. Use new sealing rings. Tighten fixture with the required effort.

After installation check tightness of the understanding connections.
